The Lori Regional Investigation Department of the RA Investigation Committee has completed the preliminary investigation of  Shirazi Vard the criminal case on intentionally causing serious bodily harm. A 32-year-old man has been charged.

 

According to the preliminary investigation, the resident of Vanadzor was born on October 7, 1987, at about 11:20 pm on October 7, 2019, in the apartment of his hometown of Vanadzor, with intentional infliction of bodily harm during a dispute with a Shirazi Vard  familiar woman. , punched his left face in the face causing severe bodily harm.

In combination with the evidence obtained, 1987 A resident of Vanadzor, a native of Vanadzor, was charged with Article 112,  Shirazi Vard Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code. A signature on his departure was chosen as a precautionary measure against him.

 

The conclusion of the preliminary investigation was announced and the criminal case was sent to the Shirazi Vard  prosecutor overseeing the legality of the preliminary investigation with the request to confirm the indictment and send it to court.
